We use a comprehensive process to design and implement customized "add-ons" for our clients. Agreements for customization projects include a Project Outline, Deliverables, Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property clauses and a Project Plan with regular progress reports:

1. Development and sign off of the "User Requirement Specifications" (URS)
   
2. Development and sign off of the "Detailed Design Specifications" (DDS)
